Howard Skempton's hauntingly beautiful Solitary Highland Song opens a programme featuring pieces from William Howard's albums Sixteen Love Songs and Sixteen Contemporary Love Songs. He will also play works by Mendelssohn and Chopin and will give the world premiere of 24 Preludes and Fugues by Howard Skempton. Before the concert (7.00pm) Clemency Burton-Hill will host a discussion with William Howard and Howard Skempton.
